The Huanshi Road on the outskirts of Zhunan Town, Miaoli County was opened, extending Boai Street in front of the railway station, crossing Daying Road, and even extending to Binhai Road. It has driven the development of the urban area of Zhunan, and also made the Yingpanbian Fude Temple more visible and protected the land. The Yingpanbian Fude Temple, now known as He'an Palace, dates back to the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1821-1850 AD).
