配送效率非常差，客服打不進去，且沒有誠意解決問題，生鮮水果寄了一個禮拜沒有寄到寄件人手中，果農也反映這樣水果大概只能報廢了，建議如果要選擇配送的話，千萬不要選擇宅配通！！！！！
因為這可能會讓果農辛苦種的水果壞掉，非常可惜！
