服務員講解菜單很細心，對菜色有什麼疑問都可以提問，桌數不多，地中海飲食，口味較清；
主廚例湯（當日：南瓜濃湯）_香甜濃湯，顆粒細緻。
蔬菜烘蛋_蛋味香氣十足，切成丁的蔬菜在蛋裡包裹甜味；
酒香杏鮑菇_杏鮑菇脆口，味道有鹹度，沾裹杏鮑菇剛好，吃起來比較像是橄欖油清炒；
希臘燉肉_使用豬瘦肉，味道很細緻，醬汁香甜，可選紅藜白飯，蔬菜切片川燙，味道香甜，可沾醬汁一起吃。
Affogato_咖啡淋入香草冰淇淋裡，飯後甜點。
用餐氣氛很棒，充滿愛的環境。
 In the alleys, there is no commercial atmosphere, and the roadside parking spaces are easy to park (remind to find the white line).
The waiter explained the menu very carefully. You can ask questions about the dishes. There are not many tables. The Mediterranean food has a clearer taste;
The chef's soup (the day: pumpkin soup) _ sweet and sweet soup with fine grains.
Vegetable Baked Eggs_The egg has a full flavor, and the diced vegetables are sweetened in the egg;
Wine-flavored Pleurotus eryngii _ Pleurotus eryngii is crispy and has a salty taste. It is just right when dipped in Pleurotus eryngii, and it tastes like a stir-fry in olive oil;
Greek stew _ uses lean pork meat, the taste is very delicate, the sauce is sweet, you can choose red quinoa and white rice, sliced vegetables in Sichuan, the taste is sweet, can be eaten with the sauce.

餐廳在平日晚上營業，跟教堂借用場地
用餐環境非常簡約乾淨，白亮的牆，還有瀑布造景，配上輕緩的音樂，很舒服。
晚上點了青醬雞肉義大利麵和希臘燉飯，還有蔬菜烘蛋，
燉飯的肉稍嫌乾了點，味道不錯
我很愛蔬菜烘蛋，裡面有洋菇，甜椒，似乎有羅勒和一些胡椒調味？很香很開胃！如果朋友來會推薦烘蛋

- 是在教堂裡的餐廳
- 西班牙海鮮燉飯，4.5星，雖說是3人份，但兩人吃剛好
- 希臘沙拉，4.2星
- 南瓜濃湯，4.8星，個人覺得非常好喝

-It's the restaurant in the church
-Spanish seafood stew, 4.5 stars, although it is served for 3 people, it is just right for two people
-Greek salad, 4.2 stars
-Pumpkin Gumbo, 4.8 stars, I personally think it tastes very good

第一次至水泉餐廳，點了 西班牙海鮮燉飯三人份、烤豬肋排沙拉、蔬菜烘蛋！
這三道菜 都 好 好 吃！
這兒環境超優又好停車，食材新鮮又美味，值得再訪??

This is my first visit to Shuiquan Restaurant and I ordered Spanish seafood stew for three people, grilled pork rib salad, and vegetable baked eggs!
These three dishes are so delicious!
The environment here is superb and good parking, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, it is worth revisiting ??
