★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次上瑜珈課 ,在還沒上課前很擔心自己完全沒接觸過而有所擔心，意外遇到的老師非常有耐心及給人專業安心的感覺，現在可以知道老師為什麼開課小班制的堅持了! (我自己平常除了上班久坐下班顧小孩的日子，從一開始擔心到現在懷著期待的心情執行一周一次的課程)
雖然身體累 但可以短暫的讓心靈放鬆，每次都會感覺自己一點點的進步，覺得很棒!
因為有個好老師，讓瑜珈在我的忙碌生活日子裡，也想抽空持續上的一種舒緩運動❤️
The first time I took a yoga class, I was worried before the class that I hadn't touched it at all. The teacher I encountered by accident was very patient and gave people a sense of professional peace of mind. Now I can know why the teacher insists on the small class system. Yes! (Except for the days when I go to work for a long time and take care of my children, I have been worried from the beginning until now I am carrying out the once-a-week course with anticipation)
Although the body is tired, it can temporarily relax the mind, and every time I feel a little improvement, I feel great!
Because I have a good teacher, I want to make time for yoga during my busy life, and I also want to take the time to continue a kind of soothing exercise ❤️
