★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接電話人員的態度很差。中午有竹南電力公司未接來電，回撥詢問來電原因，對方卻說:自己去查看呀!是沒繳費還是有申辦案件。可是我有繳費也沒申請任何案件，對方說:他也不知道。就掛電話了。
