★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人潮少 停車算方便 但有很奇特的地方 就是很常看不到人再櫃位 尤其是賣耐吉 彪馬 愛迪達那些的店 常常看不到員工 想找個鞋號 看不到半個人 人呢...？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整個購物中心都沒有設置休息座椅！完全沒有讓人稍作休息的地方！別家百貨在電梯口或是賣場中間空閒位置都會設置椅子，尚順完全沒有！如此不貼心，可能就是要逼人趕快回家別停留吧！

Other department stores will set up chairs at the elevator entrance or in the middle of the store, but Shangshun does not have them at all! It's so inconsiderate, maybe it's just to force people to go home quickly and don't stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店家告知有滿額活動，結帳湊滿活動金額後，到六樓服務中心卻又說該店家不符合活動資格無法兌換，人員訓練跟活動宣導都有很大問題。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週末、年節的好去處，感覺櫃點還可以更豐富，像是美妝品牌、衣服品牌⋯不過沒有特別想買的話，走走也是很不錯的一個地方，有小米、蘋果等3c或是衣服店，小孩也有湯姆熊、玩具店⋯還有電影選擇，看個人需要。
It is a good place for weekends and festivals. I feel that the counter points can be more abundant, such as beauty brands and clothing brands... But if you don't particularly want to buy, it is also a good place to walk around. There are 3C or clothes such as Xiaomi and Apple. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 停車動線規劃不是很好，再來是晚上9點多看完電影要去一樓折抵停車費，但已經沒有任何方法到一樓服務中心去辦折抵。後來問了飯店那邊才知道必須到購物中心的B1保全那邊做折抵，保全大哥表示他們在打烊前有廣播公告，但在電影院看電影的人根本不可能聽到這個廣播……只能說這種購物中心的標示不明顯，管理方式也很糟糕！這部分會讓遊客感到心情不好！

有停車位 不給停 說上頭沒有通知可以停車
打去客訴 他說旁邊的停車塲是住在君悅飯店的客人 地下室裡面有300個車位 下大雨 大家都不停地下停車場 停在外面的空地嗎？
下午13:30 有客人開離開那個露天的停車塲
他說那是前一天住宿客人停在那裡的
剛離場 不覺得很好笑嗎
前後矛盾 客服素質也很爛
管理人員也是誇張到一個不行❌
