但當天把我們送到高鐵站後才突然跟我們加收100,說什麼不同車行互相支援報價不一樣。真的有這種狀況不是應該事前就要告知嗎?至少在我們剛上車時就要先說明吧?
把人送到才說要加收,給人的感覺非常差。可能是因為有阿兵哥這個穩定的客源所以基本的報價問題都沒有妥善管理,總之看在只差100的份上當下沒有跟司機計較,但之後再也不會跟你們叫車了。畢竟司機也說了,不開心就以後都不要跟你們叫車囉。

事後老闆致電我們,對於這次的乘車經驗感到抱歉並願意退差額給我們,有感受到老闆的誠意。願意處理的態度,給予肯定。
