★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 尖山米粉街，目前比較有在生產的只有兩家，尤其是新永發米粉工廠，其生產的產品，堅持傳統工法，認真配方，有100％純米、含50％米以上的調合米粉，及含米50％以下的水粉。當然純米的較貴，但是若炒的技術不到位就可惜了，這張姓廠家的人炒的米粉更是稱霸全台，好吃的不得了。一般家庭用調合米粉就夠厲害了。尤其是在選舉大月，用水粉就適合，不容易失敗、便宜，只要配料妥善，也會令人一碗又一碗，太幸福了

個人最推薦的是 大碗澎湃的米粉湯
還有客家風味的紅糟肉丸
滷味的選擇也很多樣 開心的填飽肚子卻不傷荷包
