車有問題開去請師傅看，師傅處理之後告知我說處理好了，一共要收X百元，身為消費者當然尊重店家的收費也立刻付錢，但是我回到車上後發現問題依然存在沒有解決，詢問師傅為什麼問題還在？ 師傅才開始說可能哪邊哪邊還有問題....
那請問收錢之前說處理好了是在開玩笑？還有問題的話為什麼不在第一次檢查之後就告知車主？而是被車主質疑收了錢問題還在之後才馬後炮？
這樣的態度已經無法再讓消費者信任，不會再去。
