詢問果茶是否本身有甜，店員：不知道，我沒喝過。

身為店員，了解產品內容跟口味不是應該的嗎，自己不清楚也可以問一下身邊的夥伴吧，不然回個「水果本身有一點甜」或是「果醬本身有甜」都好，「不知道，我沒喝過」這種不專業、隨便敷衍的回答真的很不應該，客人需要知道果茶是不是原物料中就含有糖份，或是是額外添加糖調整，才有辦法知道要點什麼甜度會是自己要的口味。
即使是加盟店，加盟主也應該要好好訓練、教導員工。
