管理員在他的位子上用手機也是超大聲
除了這些其他都還可以接受
還是比較喜歡之前在圖書館二樓的自修室
As long as there is a little action, the echo will be great
The administrator used his phone on his seat too loudly
Other than these are acceptable
I still prefer the study room on the second floor of the library

旁邊是活動中心所以早上來很吵
裡面幾乎都是老人家
他們會剔牙或是用嘴發出一些聲音
管理員有時候用手機會很大聲
所以來這一定要自備耳機
Very poor geographical location
Next to the activity center, it’s very noisy in the morning.
Almost all of them are old people
They will pick their teeth or make some sounds with their mouths
Administrators sometimes have a lot of chances
So come here and you must bring your own headphones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頭份衞生所遷移，現做為圖書館的自修室，供觀眾看報，學生自習用，早上9點到晚上9點開放，拜日到5點，晚上不開。由志工在值勤。
The Toufen Health Center has been relocated, and it is now used as a study room in the library for audiences to read newspapers and students for self-study. It is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and not open at night until 5 a.m. on Sundays. Volunteers are on duty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自修室旁邊蓋活動中心真的不懂欸？
大家都在裡面安安靜靜自修然後旁邊活動中心一堆老人在辦活動有夠吵，一直唱歌還辦桌，讓人在這讀書讀到很火大，要不然隔音設備就做好一點拜託！
I really don't understand why there is an activity center next to the study room?
Everyone is quiet and self-study inside, and a bunch of old people in the activity center next to it are noisy enough to hold activities. They sing and hold tables all the time, which makes people reading and reading very popular here. Otherwise, please do better sound insulation equipment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 圖書館自修修飾空間不就是開放居民使用，不理解為何要限制自修民眾只在一個區域、空間建置完成卻不促進學習的風氣、一昧為了管理方便、與節省微乎其微的電費、頻繁設置擾民卻不合理的規定、實在不可取。
The self-study and decoration space of the library is not meant to be open to residents. I don’t understand why the self-study people are restricted to only one area, the atmosphere of the space construction is completed but does not promote learning, it is for the convenience of management, and it saves negligible electricity bills. Unreasonable regulations are really inadvisable.
