★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an extremely bad attitude of the owners. I bought something which I didn't need anymore, and returned it with the receipt. I was told that I couldn't get a refund, only exchange for other products! (Which I didn't need at the time) I have supported this store for over 5 years, but NEVER again will I return. They told me “this is Taiwan, so you need to accept it! ” Bye bye, you'll NEVER get my business again and I will tell my Taiwanese friends and family about this terrible store!
