巷子內的豆花小店 新竹朋友強力推薦而來? 店內位置較少,約5-7人即客滿 不過通常等一下下就有位子了 前來外帶的人潮也很多 主要有3種基底 豆花、仙草與剉冰 配料都很好吃!整體不會太甜 整碗吃完也不會膩口 特別喜歡茶粿,被大大驚艷 口感很Q軟,茶香濃郁 湯圓有吃到抹茶口味的也很讚

文青風格的小店,雖然開在巷內,招牌也很不起眼,但仍有許多食客前往光顧,建議在平日前往,才不需要久候。 老闆從北部回到家鄉創業,並且很用心地製作豆花、仙草還有佐料,我最喜歡茶粿和圓仔,是外面吃不到的味道,茶粿帶著淡淡的茶香,越嚼越能感受到那股香味,圓仔不是外面現成的那種紅白湯圓,而是店家自己製作的,綠色的是抹茶口味。 這邊有一些建議想給店家,假日有許多客人,但店內空間比較狹小,建議店家能夠有一人專注在點餐,把訂單都接完後再開始準備餐點,才不會導致一堆人擠在店內等著點餐。 另外,我有發現店家在給料的時候,有時圓仔給6個有時候卻只有4個,希望能注意一下每個餐點該給的量。

豆花配料都好吃,剛好在空檔進去吃,只等了前面一位,裡面只有兩張小小的桌子,簡單的佈置有文創咖啡的感覺,外帶的人多(可能是疫情的關系),在巷內,車要附近找好停車位再走進來,巷子不好會車。

隱身小巷內的一間文青風豆花店,有不少在地人帶鍋子外帶回家享用,內用桌子只有兩個,不過也不用排太久。點餐流程,疫情期間一組客人點完後,下一組才進入。先選要吃,豆花/仙草/刨冰,然後選三種料,再看是原價的黑糖水,還是要加+5塊的豆漿湯底。 豆花是屬於吃豆花原味型,不會有碳焦味道!吃起來綿密細緻口感不錯。配料茶粿很少見,吃起來是Q彈的帶點淡淡地自然甜味與茶香,好吃! 湯圓的皮是非常的嫩彈滑Q,也很不錯!芋圓是偏硬的口感,但芋香氣有。豆漿湯底搭配配料與豆花都很順口不甜。吃完後喝上一口店家附贈的紅茶,解除口中的味道,算很完美的搭配。
