臨櫃人員缺乏安全危機,罔顧客人利益導致客人有信用卡資料外洩之風險,職業訓練不足之虞遭質疑時卻只想卸責,主管人員協助推卸責任且不論是非對錯護航讓人心生不悅,原本只是路過繳費卻在走出店外後憂心重重且氣憤難平 回覆業主回覆: 首先並沒有事先告知是用擴音的方式,再來系統輸入資料後為確認正確性,系統會複誦信用卡號、信用卡有效期限以及「安全碼」皆會複誦,在當下店內尚有其他客人在場的情況下,此次信用卡資料已經是外洩的狀況了,缺乏安全考量的情況下反過來質問我說為什麼不在覺得有疑慮時終止此次的繳費行為,因為本人不曾在加盟門市直接用電話撥打進行信用卡繳費,還是被用擴音的方式且無事前告知,所以我並不曉得並沒有用手機回傳驗證碼的方式做最後驗證,直至手機顯示已經直接從信用卡扣款後才驚覺發生了什麼事 若有足夠的專業常識,應有其他更好的解決方法,例如真有客人如你們說的不清楚如何電話繳費,那可以從旁協助客人自行撥打電話,而非代為撥打且用擴音外洩資料(資料會被系統複誦),假使是有衛生安全疑慮,可以叫客人用自己的手機打電話繳費並從旁協助,再再沒辦法,至少在系統複誦資料時總能將電話切為手持的請客人自行確認吧?數種方法可用偏偏你們卻選擇了思慮最不周全的方式?
