A great library. Compared to the township, there is a drinking fountain in the corner of the first floor. "Miaoli County Toufen City Library" is located at 1082 Zhonghua Road. It was originally the "Lin Weikuan Memorial Library." Brothers Zhesi and Yiyi, donated funds for the construction by the order of his mother Lin You Qingmei; it was opened on January 20, 1949, and donated to the Miaoli County Government to organize it as the "Toufen Branch of the Miaoli County Cultural Center Library". In recent years, Toufen City Office has advocated "Cultural Township". The "Zhongzheng Library" was originally located on the second floor of Zhongzheng Building on Zhongshan Road. The space and collection of books were not ideal and were not sufficient for use. Therefore, they sought to win from the Miaoli County Government. On February 21, 1989, the "Miaoli County Cultural Center Library Toufen Branch" was transferred to Toufen City Office for management and use; on January 15, 1990, the two libraries were merged and changed to "Toufen City Library" .

The place is small, and the books in the children's book area are old and yellow, so I can't borrow them. There is an outdoor space in the middle of the second floor near the stairs, but it doesn't look like it is for people to sit on, which is a complete waste of resources and space.

In order not to be overdue, I threw the books borrowed from across the library into the return box. As a result, I had to pay 10 yuan for the cross-library borrowing and returning books, so I couldn't drop the 10 yuan directly in the return box. Other alternatives (such as repaying the book first, the system will note that the cross-library return book has not paid 10 yuan, and the book can only be borrowed after the settlement is completed), which leads to the next time I want to borrow the book, but it is said that because there is a book that is overdue, there is a problem of " Overdue fines", which also resulted in the penalty period for not being able to borrow, which is very unreasonable, and the librarians don't know how to work around them, so I'm very unhappy today. Even though I kept calling during the period, they didn't tell me that they would not return the book without paying it (I don't know if I can't brush or I don't want to brush, if I can't brush, the system is bad, please upgrade, if you don't want to brush, it's the librarian's negligence, please improve) For 10 yuan, I have to make a special trip to return the book box because I have no time. There is really nothing to worry about for ten yuan! I agree with the overdue fine, but in order not to use the book return box overdue, because the library's handling methods are not up to date, the borrower has to bear an unreasonable fine and a period of prohibition. It really sucks. The fine is a small amount of money, but it's just unreasonable. I'm not convinced! Today, if I am overdue to return the book by myself, I have nothing to say. Crap service, crappy librarians, crappy system! Very bad and inconvenient, I hope we can reform and innovate.
