1. 送貨時間單方面由不同員工不斷更改且內部未同步。
2. 新品報修被原廠退件多天無人告知，主動致電詢問進度才發現; 致歉後，有提供應變方法，竟然是改請客戶自行向原廠報修。
Feeling bad shopping experience:

2. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看了評論4顆星中央店這間，以為服務會比較好，我覺得跟其他店一樣，即使你從那邊站到天荒地老也不會有人理你的，雖然有工作人員但他們是看不見我們，也不會管你站在想要買的東西前面多久，就是不過來，即使有來也是敷衍。可能他們不需要業績，但我們需要門市人員，這又不是賣日常用品拿了就結帳，這是3c电器用品，總是還是要介紹一下，雖然平價但也不平價，這種店到處都有網路平台更是多，就是需要了解才到門市否則網路買買不用看臉色，買了也開心。
After reading the review 4 stars for this central store, I thought the service would be better. I think it's the same as other stores. Even if you stand there, no one will care about you. Although there are staff, they can't see us. , and it doesn't matter how long you stand in front of what you want to buy, you just can't come, and even if you do, it's perfunctory. Maybe they don't need performance, but we need store staff. This is not selling daily necessities and checking out. This is 3C electrical appliances. I always have to introduce them. Although they are cheap, they are not cheap. This kind of store is everywhere. There are more online platforms, you just need to know about it before you go to the store, otherwise you don’t need to look at your face when you buy online, and you will be happy when you buy it.
