可惜現在一碗這個價位，很多餐飲店都會在赴搭一些配菜
100多塊裡面只有白飯跟肉還有一片海苔，是有點貴的

但我想了解你們極盛厚切牛排丼飯是用哪個部位的肉？為何食用起來裡面的肉軟爛的像生肉一樣（不是幾分熟那種，也不是入口即化的軟爛）
而且肉本身處理有問題用了沒什麼調味的方式做烹飪，這兩者加起來真的只有食之無味…..
