櫃檯接電話的護士不知道在不耐煩什麼
如果你覺得職業倦怠麻煩趕快離職
這樣讓患者覺得很莫名其妙
就是有不懂的地方才會打電話詢問
結果從頭到尾護士只重複一句 而且問什麼就只答那一句
『直接來現場排隊』
感受很差！！！！！
