店員的業務能力及溝通能力甚至是情緒管理都非常差, 他賠了一個鏡框同時也失去了一個家庭的客戶

因第一次配多焦點眼鏡不太適應，配好眼鏡後回店裡超過3次，店員不厭其煩的重新調鏡架，耐心的重新確認度數，等上一個禮拜再度換新的鏡片，再確認再調整，一次又一次的服務……真的很周到！！
這次的經驗也學習到，專業的就是不一樣，原來鏡架的角度也會造成不適……調的角度後，不適感馬上消失…真的是太感謝了！

再次配鏡鏡片邊邊稍微瑕疵,雖然修過好了很多,但還是有白點,希望下次能更細心一點,微微瑕疵會讓人很不舒服的orz
