手工麵有咬勁,油蔥酥很香,只是傳統作法,吃完碗底一層油!不過如果沒有這樣做,客家麵香氣就差一截!

今天路過吃晚餐,點了豬頭湯、烘蛋、手工乾麵、湯粄條,都很好吃,老闆人很親切很客氣,苗栗客家餐點非常道地!會再二訪!

只想離開濕冷的台北出來走走,於是往三灣南庄方向走,經過三灣剛好是午餐時間快一點了,不經意的人到了這家店看一下評價覺得還不錯而且招牌應該是老店了,於是決定進來吃午餐。門口的阿姨很客氣願意讓我們帶狗進來。菜單上都是很想吃的傳統客家風味的菜,點了薑絲炒大腸、炸椒鹽溪蝦、客家小炒、手工麵條肉羹麵。本還想點小菜但帥哥說太多了讓我們再點個粉腸湯就好(後來才發現他才是老闆兼主廚,前面的阿姨是幫忙的。新上來的是薑絲炒大腸,真的是驚為天人,入口略酸卻又剛剛好的酸度,害我還沒上第二道菜前已快吃了半碗白飯。大腸也很有味道不會太老(我很怕那種泡太久太老咬不動的大腸)。接下來是客家小炒。我敢說這是我這幾年來吃過不是第一也是第二的客家小抄。他豆乾應該是有炸過之後再去炒,而且三層肉跟魷魚都炸著恰到好處,肥肉完完全全不油,油都已經逼出了。真的是超下飯的馬上就吃完一碗。 第三道菜是溪蝦,我已經很久很久沒有吃過這麼好吃的炸溪蝦了,是屬於小時候的回憶。老闆說是附近誒裡面抓的數量也不多了跟以前沒得比,這時候我又叫了一碗白飯,桌上的菜也快吃光了,所以又點了一次客家小炒(沒辦法真的生的太好吃) 帥哥老闆應該要以我們可以吃這麼多?⋯對了他的粉腸湯也超級好喝,感覺湯應該是大骨去熬出來的有點乳白色。老闆說他們的客人都是附近的居民居多而且都是吃麵食跟小菜較多,如果客人都點現炒他一個人也忙不過來(我們1點去的怎麼1:30打烊)所以後來只剩我們一桌(我想要是早一點來我們可能也沒位子坐吧,或者老闆沒空幫忙我們炒菜)現在是晚上九點了,下午吃了飽到現在才有空來發文。 大推的一間隱藏好店。btw,周日跟周一公休喔
