H	Hsiao-Chien Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年度的家族聚會我們來這邊玩洛神花的diy，從採集、加工到醃製完整的體驗，讓大人小孩都備感新奇，原來洛神花本人長這樣啊！原來洛神花裡面會有這麼多螞蟻啊！原來要先用桿子去心啊！原來要加這麼多糖啊！因為時間的關係，我們採用的是要過熱水殺青的方式來製作，這樣的方式洛神花蜜餞會比較不那麼脆，但是比較省時。店家也有拿正統的不過熱水的方式製作的蜜餞請大家吃，吃過的人都說好。店家很親切、diy很好玩，大推！補充一下，我們的午餐在這邊用簡餐，如果不排斥魚的話，魚的簡餐好吃，推薦給大家。 Family gatherings of the year We come here to play the diy of Luoshen, from the collection, processing to the complete experience of pickling, so that adults and children are all new and novel, the original Luo Shenhua is so long!
