牛肉麵的湯頭真的讓人驚艷，一般好喝的牛肉湯頭，都屬濃郁型，所以牛油都加不少，但寶姐的牛肉湯頭看起來不算是濃郁型，因為沒有牛油浮在表層，可是～喝起來又超香濃，是那種濃而不膩的口感，總之是一種無法用言語形容的好喝哦！我想，寶姐應該是用牛肉加蕃茄慢慢熬煮出來的濃郁，所以沒有加牛油來調味，一碗才 130 元！
至於腊味飯，有別於外面港式三寶飯的配菜，寶姐用鐵鍋裝，裡面除了腊味，鋪滿了絞白筍，別有一番滋味！ 餐點真的很好吃哦！
