高鐵特區的土地價位2020年還在 12、13萬左右，比2018-19 的11-12萬已經上漲。住宅大樓每坪不到20萬， 由於住家不多，人口太少，政府投入的資源不多，不是投資的標的，確是愛好大自然生活者的樂園。
