好大一碗,配料豐富的傳統冰品!吃到一半,老闆親切詢問需要加糖水嗎?冰嗎?因配料多,我們後來加了糖水,老闆加冰、加糖水,還附加檸檬汁!讓我們這些台北佬㩆甘心!

跟以前的味道差很多 有點失望 不知道是不是因為疫情嚴重原物料上漲的問題 價格變到55但料真的少的可憐 也沒有杏仁味了 。

因為外公住後龍,小時候逢寒暑假媽媽就會帶我們回娘家,刀削冰在當時覺得很特別,也是每次探望外公外婆一定吵著要吃的冰品,食材裡的粉條竟然也是他們自己做的,所以特別Q彈,豔夏來上一碗非常消暑,傳統的手工美食已延續傳承一甲子,有機會到訪後龍一定要來嚐一嚐喔!
Because my grandfather lived in Houlong, when we were young, my mother would take us back to our natal house during the winter and summer vacations. Knife ice felt very special at the time. Every time I visited my grandpa and grandma, they always clamored to eat ice products. The vermicelli in the ingredients turned out to be their own. It’s made, so it’s so special. It’s very refreshing to have a bowl of Yanxia here. The traditional handmade delicacies have been passed down. If you have the opportunity to visit Houlong, you must come and try it!

2021.10.3下午外帶。點了4碗C(杏仁露、愛玉、粉條)帶回竹南吃,$50元一碗。覺得很一般、杏仁露料很少、裡面粉條居多,有點空虛,不會再特地來買。
2021.10.3 Take out in the afternoon. I ordered 4 bowls of C (almond dew, aiyu, vermicelli) and brought them back to Zhunan for $50 per bowl. I think it's average, with very little almond sauce and mostly vermicelli in it. It's a bit empty and I won't buy it specially.

覺得大失望,如果你有吃過前一代做的,應該會覺得大走鐘! 不太甜(也許有人愛)完全沒杏仁味,反而像石花凍的味道,料少的可憐,稀少的粉條和快要可以數的出來顆數的杏仁凍和愛玉,撈料起來吃好空虛。 慕名而來的遊客不少,消化客人速度一流,不用等太久,這是唯一的優點,但,以前的用心.香氣.口感,都沒了,剩下商業氣息了~一碗50,個人覺得CP值太低! 真的不如廟前的粉粿~~久違的返鄉,真的覺得可惜了~

There are a lot of tourists who come here especially. The speed of digesting guests is first-rate, and there is no need to wait too long. This is the only advantage. However, the previous intentions, aromas and taste are gone, leaving a commercial atmosphere~ a bowl of 50, personally feel CP value is too low! It’s really not as good as the noodles in front of the temple~~ It’s a pity to return home after a long absence~
