但衛生有待加強，老板每次還用手摸湯圓，看有沒有熟，摸完有熟就直接裝碗，感覺不是很好，所以大多會看老闆不在才買。有一次真的忍不住去買的時候，跟老闆說請他不要用手指測熟度，結果他煮的時候有點手足無措，怕沒煮熟吧。
環境衛生還是要加強啦，時代不同了，明明麵跟湯圓，冰都算好吃，但生意都沒後龍其他間好，應該好好思考一下差別。
