★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一星是給電信業務服務很客氣周到，但辦手機的那個櫃台很差勁，長輩自己去辦續約零元手機，沒問要什麼顏色也就算了，連手機的更新、資料轉移什麼都沒做，服務太差了！
One star is very polite and thoughtful for the telecom business, but the counter for the mobile phone is very poor. The elders go to renew the zero-dollar mobile phone by themselves. They don’t even ask what color they want. They don’t even update the mobile phone or transfer data. , The service is terrible!
