華藏樓及其他建築為仿唐式，根據唐代佛光寺東大殿為主的設計。
華藏樓供奉華嚴三聖：釋迦摩尼佛、普賢菩薩、文殊菩薩。

Hua Zang Building and other buildings are imitating Tang style, based on the design of the east hall of Foguang Temple in Tang Dynasty.
Hua Zang Tower enshrines the three sages of Hua Yan: Sakyamuni Buddha, Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, and Manjushri Bodhisattva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 苗栗通霄的月稱光明寺是福智台灣的根本道場。由於福智團體的參團法師人數漸增，原本湖口鳳山寺的空間已不敷使用，相當辛苦，所以先買下環球科技大學的大校區來容納僧團法師的生活和修行，同時在苗栗通霄著手蓋根本道場。目前第一期工程已完工的，寺建築與環境，清淨肅穆，僧團法師已進駐，所以並不對外開放
。此處確是一莊嚴殊勝的佛教道場。
The moon of Miaoli Tongxiao called Guangming Temple the fundamental dojo of Fuzhi Taiwan. Due to the increasing number of monks participating in the Fuzhi group, the original space of Fengshan Temple in Hukou was not enough and it was quite hard work. Therefore, we first bought the large campus of Universal University of Science and Technology to accommodate the life and practice of monks. At the same time in Miaoli Tongxiao started to build the root dojo. At present, the first phase of the project has been completed. The temple building and environment are clean and solemn. The monks have already settled in, so they are not open to the public.
. It is indeed a solemn and magnificent Buddhist temple.
