★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好愛這種傳美，好像每個地方都有這種粉漿的軟蛋餅，且吃起來都有些許不同。
這次我跟胖帶小朋友來通霄飛牛牧場玩，順路經過來買點東西吃，直接用估評找到這間，味道很傳統好吃，煎得也不油膩，可以吃到麵粉及蛋的香氣。
煎包也好吃，餡料很滿，外皮香酥，咬下去真的很滿足。
 I love this kind of beauty. It seems that every place has this kind of soft omelette, and it tastes a little different.
This time, I brought my children to play at Tongxiao Fei Niu Ranch. We stopped by to buy something to eat, and found this place directly through the evaluation. The taste is very traditional and delicious, and the fried is not greasy. You can taste the aroma of flour and eggs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煎包外皮酥脆薄沒有討厭的厚厚的麵皮、輕輕一口咬下去就是滿滿全世界的內餡、內餡韭菜超多很好咬不硬冬粉也軟很入味、整個煎包味道香氣十足，原本只想吃一個、一回神又買了好多個！真的好吃???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煎包(20) : 煎的很剛好，皮不會太硬且不厚，一口咬下去就可以吃到滿滿的內餡(是韭菜喔!)
蛋餅(25) : 傳統的蛋餅不是酥皮的，銷量不如煎包，隨時去買都有

一種口味，就值得你排隊
煎包(20$)
內餡充足，韭菜、冬粉、肉末，而且沒有一般常見的韭菜餡就配蝦米提味（海鮮過敏者福音）
外皮面面煎的酥脆搭配微微焦香（皮薄又脆的讓人無法抗拒⋯⋯）
蛋餅(25$)
現桿蛋餅麵皮，Q彈的蛋餅口感
內容物就只有新鮮蔥花及最簡單的雞蛋，但真的讓人無法停下來（澱粉控必點！！）
最重要的來了，不論是煎包還是蛋餅，都建議加辣，辣醬是他們自己製作的，不會辣，味道比較像更香的甜辣醬（我想單買辣醬…)
