★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去電558323詢問長照電腦系統登入問題，被轉介至徐小姐，一整天都找不到人以外，第二天去電本人接聽態度非常不佳，外縣市協辦人員都曉得！也非第一次發生！難道公部門上班態度就可以如此，不該被檢討嗎？
I called 558323 to inquire about logging in to the computer system for long-term care, and was referred to Miss Xu. I couldn't find anyone else all day. The next day I called and answered the call in a very bad manner. The co-organizers of other counties and cities knew it! Not the first time it happened! Shouldn't the public sector's attitude to work be like this, and shouldn't it be reviewed?
