當天除了接待人員服務態度良好外,技師與副廠長對待女車主與男車主態度天差地遠,想體驗何謂男女不平等待遇的人建議前往~針對技師服務態度連一顆星都不想給,一件事情好好講好好修理不願意,非要等待客戶有所疑慮,才願意改善,而副廠長後續給的顧客的待料單還亂寫另一位技師編號企圖混淆視聽,與其事後擔心顧客藉由其他管道投訴,更有效的方法是否以身作則教育好員工,而非一直做事後補救措施~給了兩次機會依然如此足以明顯證明此品牌已不重視每位客戶的售後服務品質,實則讓人失望但更失望的並非如此而是在2019年CSI滿意度調查nissan可是獲得第二名殊榮,若此種服務態度真心覺得此殊榮有待商榷,怎如此把NISSAN品牌最重要的顧客滿意度這招牌摔得稀巴爛 希望貴廠可以更重視售後服務還有提升每位員工的男女平權意識,不要再有任何男女的刻板印象,應當把每位顧客當成人而非只有男車主是人,而對女車主的態度就是敷衍了事~ 希冀貴廠能夠檢討改善,品牌的精神展現不僅只在產品本身同樣也可在服務面看出品牌對於顧客的用心,希望貴廠別毀了顧客對於品牌的信任與期待,一個精進的品牌,會對所有環節都要求部斷的精進
