我們點了控肉、筍乾、鳳梨蝦球、薑絲粉腸、酸白菜小卷 大部分的菜都是中規中矩,都在水準之上。 最驚豔的是酸白菜小卷。我覺得這是一道值得回訪的好菜。說酸其實不酸。它滿滿的鍋氣和小卷的鮮味。很像是這道菜的油是用小卷油來炒似的。但菜裡面的小卷還是保持白皙水嫩,不像是用來炸小卷油的材料。但就是這麼神奇,勾人的小卷味力壓高麗菜的菜腥味,整道菜就是這麼的平衡和小卷風。裡面還可以看到應該是鹹菜還是福菜之類的菜提味。光是菜就可以扒下一碗白飯。令人魂牽夢縈。
We ordered pork meat, dried bamboo shoots, pineapple shrimp balls, ginger vermicelli sausage, pickled cabbage rolls Most of the dishes are mediocre and above standard. The most amazing is the pickled cabbage rolls. I think this is a good dish worth a return visit. It's not really sour. It's full of pot gas and the umami of the small rolls. Much like the oil for this dish is fried in small rolls of oil. But the small rolls in the dish are still white and tender, not like the material used to fry the small rolls in oil. But it's so magical, the hooky little rolls overwhelm the fishy smell of cabbage, and the whole dish is so balanced and small. It can also be seen that it should be pickles or dishes such as Fu Cai to enhance the flavor. Just the vegetables can grab a bowl of rice. It's haunting.

比較懷念多年前的用餐環境,還有份量,現在走精緻一點的風格,我可以接受客家小炒沒有豆干,畢竟鹹香味很下飯,介紹每日一湯的時候說是竹筍排骨湯,結果是桂竹筍排骨湯,差一個字差很多,成本也是差很多⋯ 最不滿意的是雞肉,$380? 真的沒有幾塊,吃的沒有很滿足。

回老家的跨年大餐,選擇傳統口味的客家菜。 這家料理的扣肉,好像有先煎還是炸過後,再下去滷,很入味,雖沒入口即化,風味還算不錯。 「蘿蔔絲煎蛋」則是台北人少見的菜色,我覺得比常見的菜脯蛋,好吃太多了,非常喜歡。 唯一缺點就是比較油一點,但客家菜的料理就是以「油.鹹.香」為其特色。都很下飯。

Yo serious guys! This is the must have Hakka restaurant in Miaoli city. Trust me I am local kid grew up there and this what you do if you get any chance to be there. Don’t miss and enjoy!
