I think it will be a beautiful historical attraction after it is an important tourist and cultural property, well preserved and repaired and managed, but unfortunately the beautiful back door is broken and the Miaoli Shrine visit

At the back of Union University, Haohanpo, the former site of Sugar Factory Inari Shrine There is one lantern left in the torii, half of Omotesando is destroyed, and the large metal lantern next to the torii has been maintained. The dog is nowhere to be found. To worship the goddess of Ise Gaigu, who brought the gods of inari, the goddess of Inari Shrine

Originally thinking that the damage was not serious, I went to understand it. As a result, I can only see that the main body of the shrine has disappeared. All that remains are the torii, some ruins that are almost completely destroyed, and the kanban that explains the introduction of the shrine and how to destroy it.

I don’t know who is maintaining it. One star is deducted because there are so many fallen leaves and dilapidated plank roads. The view is not good but it’s okay.

This place once housed the Miaoli Inari Shrine. The torii at the entrance seems to have been reconstructed. From this climb up the slope, you can distinguish the layout of the shrine at the time. The second half of Haohanpo was the participating road at that time. The stone lanterns beside the road were destroyed, but the standard word "Fonner" was still clearly visible. There is only a base for this temple. As for what kind of shrine architecture is this temple, due to the lack of information, it is no longer possible to examine it and has become a historical mystery. The shrine site continues to climb up and leads directly to the Union University campus. There is an observation deck to enjoy the view of Miaoli City, and there is a night view at night.

Calculate the parking lot and walk down more than 200 steps Can consume 50 calories access to the Union University campus You can overlook Miaoli City and the distant mountains, the scenery is pleasant This is the ruins of the shrine during the Japanese occupation period The shrine is gone, only the stone lanterns and explanatory walls remain It's still a good shot, I'll see the night scene next night
