★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/11/20 上午8:00-9:00到店消費購買長輩的「四腳拐」，進店沒有看到店員，還要喚一聲才出來，服務態度不好，退換貨明細說明不清楚，保固蓋章也要提醒才記得要蓋。
我直接講「你們服務態度很差時」，才意會到會被客訴，才制式化好一點，非常不專業跟不建議要買「長期使用跟說明」的客人，去這家消費，受氣又浪費時間。
