滷肉飯，如果只挖飯跟肉而沒撈到沉在下面的肉汁，會覺得很沒味道。既沒有肥肉系那種油香，也沒有瘦肉系那種清香跟瓜子在裡頭……
土魠魚羹米粉。土魠魚塊外層吃起來有點澱粉酸掉的味道，羹湯味道還是非常清淡，沒有香氣沒有九層塔，撒了兩大下胡椒粉，麵湯還是沒味，連一點胡椒嗆感也沒；米粉吃起來就只是泡在有著勾芡且浮著蘿蔔筍子蛋花的熱湯裡。
或許這就是這家店的特色吧……
