★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (下述狀況於2022已改善，所以願意更改評價，正向的進步) ，多次光顧，櫃台服務態度好、親切，有問題會告知處理，但這次驗車技師拆換燈泡後，未將後車廂內裝塑膠扣件裝回且遺失，基於專業信任當下沒去檢查，事後隔天發現時感受很差，對於這部分草率的處理，把過去建立的信任都打了折扣，作為客人感到無奈，這部分有很大的進步空間。希望這次只是個偶發事件。

The plastic fasteners in the carriage were replaced and lost. Based on professional trust, I didn’t go to check now. When I found out the next day, I felt very bad. For this hasty handling, the trust established in the past has been reduced. As a guest, I feel helpless. There is a lot of room for improvement in this part. Hopefully this time it's just a fluke.
