煙害防治法，第四章 吸菸場所之限制
第十三條 左列場所不得吸菸：
一、圖書室、教室及實驗室。
第二十五條 違反第十三條第一項或第十四條第一項之規定，於禁菸場所吸菸，經依第十五條 勸
阻而拒不合作者，處新臺幣一千元以上三千元以下罰鍰。
第二十六條 違反第十三條第二項或第十四條第二項規定，未設置禁菸標示，或對禁菸區與 吸
菸區無明顯之區隔、標示者，處新臺幣一萬元以上三萬元以下罰鍰，並通知限期改正；逾
期未改正者，按日連續處罰。

Article 13 No smoking is allowed in the following places:
1. Library, classroom and laboratory.
Article 25 Violation of Article 13 Paragraph 1 or Article 14 Paragraph 1 and smoking in non-smoking places shall be persuaded in accordance with Article 15
Those who refuse to cooperate will be fined between NT$1,000 and NT$3,000.
Article 26 Violation of Article 13 Paragraph 2 or Article 14 Paragraph 2 by failing to set up no-smoking signs or prohibiting smoking in no-smoking areas
If there are no obvious divisions and markings in the smoking area, a fine of NT$10,000 to NT$30,000 will be imposed and a deadline for correction will be notified;
Those who fail to make corrections shall be punished continuously on a daily basis.
