★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟一般認知的客家菜不一樣，吃完不會滿嘴油油黏黏的。調味抓得恰恰好。
影響最深刻的是松茸土雞豬肚湯，感覺只加少許鹽巴，松茸的清香完勝。
豬腳外脆肉多，不油膩，咬下去非常juicy。不提供醬料是對的。
整體感很棒，吃完整桌菜很平衡。
Unlike the common perception of Hakka cuisine, it will not be full of oil and sticky after eating. The seasoning is just right.
The most profound influence is the Matsutake Chicken and Pork Belly Soup. I feel that only a little salt is added, and the fragrance of the Matsutake is perfect.
The pork feet are crispy and meaty on the outside, not greasy, and it is very juicy to bite down. It's right not to serve sauces.
The overall feel is great, and the whole table is well balanced.
