經驗分享: 不是第一次消費,所以去換機油的時候車子給他們之後沒有在旁邊看 隔天騎車大約10分鐘之後車子開始沒力 油門到底時速只有20公里 上網查了一下發現可能是機油沒換好 過去找老闆討論,剛提出不知道是不是機油沒換好,老闆馬上說不可能,不是這樣,要留在這邊一兩天檢查電腦設備等等 後來直接騎去別家車行檢查,一漏機油是滿滿的2公升,表示真的是換機油沒換好,或根本沒漏 回頭再去找這個老闆,又改口說真的很忙沒時間檢查,不好意思等等 態度是不錯,但也僅有態度而已,要去消費請再三思 6/09回覆業主: 5/18換機油,直至6/03才反應——事實上換完機油隔天就有狀況,再隔一天騎車又沒問題,想說可能是車子老了有點秀逗就沒打算去檢查,但因疫情期間本來就很少出門,沒什麼騎車的機會,後續6/02騎車又出現問題,才過去檢查 我也很好奇為什麼換了齒輪油跟空濾,機油怎麼會忘記倒呢? 目前騎車都順暢沒問題,而我只是單純的再換一次機油,把兩公升的機油漏乾淨,如果不是機油的問題,那到底是什麼問題呢?果斷的回答跟武斷的回答只有一線之隔,我深深的記得當時站在您的旁邊想討論是否是機油的問題,您馬上說絕對不是,根本不給討論空間 另外必須得讚許,在百忙之中年輕的師傅有主動上前招呼,但我並沒有提過「偶爾在高速行進中會不順暢、沒力」,我只是說我要來換機油,齒輪油跟空濾也順便換一換,既然有看監視器應該有看到,我留下車子跟電話號碼就走了 老闆確實有提過車子沒有詳細檢查不確定是什麼問題,您們的現場的確也很忙碌,但我是針對前次的維修不佳而有質疑,若車子放在您們那邊一兩天,是否得算一次新的費用?又或者是否有可能我根本不能確定原來只是機油沒換好的問題? 當時我了解原來是機油的問題之後回頭找老闆確認,也只是得到了不好意思的回應,如今在這邊回覆得落落長,實在令人感覺不出有任何的不好意思,您們都那麼認真去調監視器找到我的車籍資料了,想必也有我的手機吧?打個電話過來,很難嗎?

星期六也有上班⋯人多需要等一下。家中摩托車都是在這買,老闆老闆娘態度親切、專業,提供需要的選項;更換零件也是認真介紹、解說,可能不是最便宜的,但是售後服務我個人非常推薦,環境舒適、明亮,在旁邊可以坐著等待愛車更換機油等服務。

今天騎着重機到店(第1次蒞店)年度廢氣檢測,老板親切態度親切,也順便幫我檢查胎壓打氣,機車要牽出時,還在後面幫扶,及幫注意來車,是值得推薦的好店家。
