★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自己賣的商品有缺失客人當天來換貨，那個帶眼鏡短髮的第一句就沒好語氣，換了還是缺失不完整問可不可以再換一組檢查，還摔商品講髒話再說氣死，我都只是口頭問她，東西都是自己拿過來在她面前檢查沒要她幫忙去取，我只拿了兩盒看結果全都缺兩個三個是我的錯囉?錢用丟的，自己商品用摔的，面對這種態度的店員客人還好禮貌對你不是必然只是比你有教養(當時沒很多客人就她在收銀台看電腦而已)
 The goods I sell are missing. The customer came to exchange the goods on the same day. The first sentence of the short hair with glasses didn’t have a good tone. If it was changed or it was missing, I asked if I could change another set for inspection. I also dropped the goods and talked swearing. I just asked her verbally. I took the things and checked them in front of her. I didn’t ask her to help them. I only took two boxes and saw that all of them were missing two and three. Is it my fault? Lost the money, it’s my own merchandise. By throwing, the clerk with this attitude is more polite to you, but it’s not necessarily just better educated than you (at the time, there were not many customers, but she was just looking at the computer at the checkout counter)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 文具俱全，辦會員還有優惠，苗栗很多公務系統有簽約，購物環境明亮，標示也很清楚，但是店員服務品質不佳，雖然店員戴著口罩，仍然從眼神，口氣跟皺眉感覺得到情緒！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晚上來買東西沒有客人，店員態度依然差，買過很多次了，店員每次態度都很差，禮貌待人不是最基本的道理嗎？每次跟他說謝謝都直接把發票一丟……沒有說客人是上帝一定要服務到很好，但禮貌至少要有吧！
