但幾點說明如下: 時間縮短是因為調整加大出水量, 因而縮減了洗衣的時間, 並非如閣下所言只是為了營利目的而縮短時間, 被閣下扣上詐欺、 耍小手段、殺雞取卵、偷工減料的說詞 ,似乎覺得有些沉重。 而且這種做法是消費者與業者雙贏,除了可以節能之外也減少了洗衣等待的時間, 況且本人與閣下有數面之緣, 倘若這種做法造成閣下的不滿與損失,閣下大可到本店來與本人作溝通與協調, 本人絕對二話不說回收您的卡片,並賠償您的損失。
至於儲值卡的使用 ,是多位客人建議下建置完成的, 或許生意上會有相對競爭,但也是圖謀多數客人的福利便利, 使用上如有任何問題通常一通電話都可以獲得解決, 如有其它不及之處我會再請教律師看看。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在他剛開張的時候洗過,給他五顆星的評價。因為當時環境新而且機器的總運轉時間長達42分鐘,扣掉注水脫水衣服浸在水裡頭翻轉洗衣的時間也有超過34分鐘。
不過後來在福星街跟慈濟對面分別開了兩家自助洗衣店來競爭之後,他改發行儲值卡送優惠來應戰。
當然作為消費者也就受惠於這一波價格的競爭,可是好景不常讓人非常憤怒的事情發生了:就在我2019年底買了儲值卡不久之後他的洗衣時間一路從四十幾分鐘降到36、34再降到最後的30!
30分鐘大概就是以慈濟對面的立潔的時間來做為低標看齊。
讓人非常氣憤的理由有兩個:第一、我當初買儲值卡時候等於是契約成立,他的服務品質應該維持不變的,但之後他開始降低服務品質,有詐欺的嫌疑,非常的令人不屑!再來是,老闆一心只想要耍小手段,可是卻沒有仔細地去調查細節,只暗示說別家的機器有問題。
我今年10月終於等到把儲值卡用完之後到立潔去洗了幾次,我得出來的結論是立潔的機器根本就沒有故障,而且他小型機器投幣金額一樣是50元,容量12卻比洗衣樂的9多出3公斤!而且立潔的30分鐘實際上的總運轉時間是超過30分鐘的,因為他在注水的階段倒數是暫停的,所後來我用手錶計時的結果是總運轉時間超過34分鐘。
洗衣樂的30分鐘就是到頂( 從按開始到洗完開門),可笑的是他中間還有好幾次機器在要死不活的脫水後是處於”發呆”狀態,所以整個洗衣時間是大幅的縮減到20分鐘不到,因此以我的觀察比較就是這店因為促銷把售價降低了,但是服務品質也偷工減料。這是殺雞取卵非常的不可取。
我憋了很久等我的儲值卡用完之後到立潔去洗了幾次得到這個驗證才 po文上來。
另外我們對於所謂的儲值卡和預售票券有三個主要的疑慮:
第一、就是公司倒閉不管是惡意的或是非惡意的,大公司你還可以找銀行求償,小店家你就只能自認倒楣!
第二、就是那張儲值卡或餐券禮遺失了的話店家最高興!你也只能自認倒楣,誰叫你要把先把錢放給店家。
第三、是最模糊地帶,但是對消費者是最沒有保障的只有挨打的份,就是店家把服務品質降低,你不容易察覺,即使察覺之後也投訴無門。

Second, the store is happiest if the stored-value card or meal coupon gift is lost! You can only consider yourself unlucky, who told you to put the money in the store first.
Third, it is the most vague area, but the only thing that is the most insecure for consumers is to be beaten, that is, the store has reduced the service quality, which is not easy for you to detect, and even if you do, there is no way to complain.
