但4/28今天開始領取快篩組，雖因系統無法正常連線，但是讓現場幾十位排隊民眾呆站半個小時之後才想出留下健保卡、發號碼牌的「配套措施」，顯示沒有事先做好準備，應變能力真的太慢了啊??♀️
之前領取口罩也是一樣的流程，為何像第一次經手新業務那樣手足無措呢？實在令人失望，希望以後不再發生這種狀況。
