★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大部份跟一般油炸的差不多，但類似東山鴨頭的食材都有入味，口感不同東山鴨頭的食材，於我來說比較好吃，其食材口味界於鹽酥雞與東山鴨頭之間，有點特別。
Most of them are similar to the ordinary fried ones, but the ingredients similar to Dongshan duck head are tasteful. The ingredients with different tastes are better for me. The taste of the ingredients lies in the salt crisp chicken and Dongshan duck head. It was a bit special.

跟栗華旁邊的福星里長在賣的協力雞排相比，貴而且雞肉有腥味，感覺很不新鮮。

Compared with the cooperative chicken cutlet sold in Fuxing next to Li Hua, it is expensive and the chicken has a fishy smell, which is not fresh.
