我自己是腸胃問題，吃大概四天就很有感，然後一周後腸胃算是通順了，之後回診就是求穩定，再回診兩三次的藥才開始針對別的症狀去作改善（睡眠問題、精神不好易疲倦）。
所以想要告訴想靠中藥調養身子的人，
至少也要兩三周才明顯見效
急不得啊～～～
