★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 學生開戶一堆問題，不建議學生來這邊開戶⋯抽號碼牌問多久說今天能辦成，等一個小時到櫃檯就變成要等一到兩個禮拜？一顆星都不想給，直接去其他間銀行半小時就解決了：）
There are a lot of problems when students open an account. It is not recommended that students come here to open an account... Draw a number plate and ask how long it will be done today. Waiting for an hour to arrive at the counter will become one to two weeks? I don’t want to give a star, just go to another bank for half an hour to solve it:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/27帶人去開戶，真心覺得人員很機車，很多狀況不清楚，就光明正大的挑撥離間，說話很不尊重人，真的感受很差，要不是開戶者（另一伴）是條理清晰的人，不然真的會氣死！
I took people to open an account on 12/27. I really felt that the personnel were very locomotives, and many of the conditions were unclear, so I just solicited and disrespect the people, spoke very disrespectfully, and really felt bad, unless the account holder (the other companion) was clearly organized People, otherwise they will really get angry!
