★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉湯若外帶，務必請店家將湯和牛肉分開裝，只隔十分鐘吃，肉已經變得很硬，也黏在一起；問朋友才知道台南賣牛肉湯的店家都會主動詢問是否要分開裝，讓客人回家再將稍微燙過的牛肉放入湯裡避免變老，若貴店也能主動提醒就好了。
土魠魚如果沒辦法現炸，能否回鍋加熱，吃到又冷又硬的魚塊讓人好鬱悶，到貴店用餐過好幾次，口味很棒，但是最近兩次外帶的經驗都不是很好，希望能改善外帶的品質。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可能外帶關係吧，肉薄湯燙回到家就顯得肉好老！沾醬有點辣蠻好吃的。雖然沒喝過台南的，但湯頭也不錯喝(可能我喜歡中藥味..。附帶的肉燥飯，肉燥不錯只是有點少。主要的牛肉湯，內用或許會比較好吃.. •_ゝ•

 Maybe it's a take-out relationship, the meat looks so old when you come home in a thin hot soup! The dipping sauce is a bit spicy and delicious. Although I haven’t tried Tainan’s, the soup is also good. (Maybe I like the taste of Chinese medicine... The attached minced pork rice is good but a little bit less. The main beef broth may be better for internal use.. •_ゝ•

Le prix est raisonnable, la portion est assez copieuse. Beaucoup d'étudiants à l'heure du dîner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/12/27 前往用餐，湯喝了幾口後覺得味道與以往不太相同，發現湯裡有奇怪的泡泡，且泡泡上有些許藍色及紫色，疑似是碗裡的洗碗精沒沖洗乾淨就幫我裝了這碗湯⋯
向老闆娘反應，得到的回應是「泡泡是牛肉的蛋白質，這都是正常的，我們的碗不可能沒洗乾淨」，且反問我「你喝起來有覺得怪怪的嗎」，店家沒給出合理的解釋與補償就趕著進廚房繼續忙他的事。
最後，怕浪費所以還是將湯裡的牛肉吃掉，但是湯就不敢喝了。相當差的用餐經驗，讓人不想再光顧！
2021/12/27 Went for dinner. After taking a few sips of the soup, I felt that the taste was not the same as before. I found that there were strange bubbles in the soup, and the bubbles were a little blue and purple. It was suspected to be the dishwashing liquid in the bowl. Help me pack this bowl of soup without rinsing it off...
I responded to the proprietress, and the response I got was "Bubble is the protein of beef, this is normal, our bowls can't be washed clean", and asked me "Do you feel weird drinking it?" The store didn't give it to me. After giving a reasonable explanation and compensation, he rushed into the kitchen to continue his business.
In the end, I still ate the beef in the soup for fear of waste, but I didn't dare to drink the soup. Quite a poor dining experience that makes me not want to go back!
