今天下午約1520左右去南苗店詢問有無二截式的鼻胃管,因為父親看診時間快到了,所以很急(現場有2位小姐一黑髮,一金髮都無戴眼鏡)。 我在門口詢問現場有無東西(可以馬上拿走)黑髮就說,只要進來就要登記實聯制(我豈會不知,但是我本來就沒有打算要進去),金髮問我型號及尺寸,我進去後把拍好照片給她看,她查詢電腦後說沒有。 我在門口就一直問2位現場有沒有東西,你們就是不肯回答我,妳查到型號尺寸又能怎麼樣(現場連一支都沒有),除了幫不了我,也浪費彼此的時間。 我臨走前,就和2位小姐說,現場沒有東西,妳就馬上和我說就好了(因為我很急口氣也不是很好,但不到兇)。 她們比你還要兇(我不是第一次去了,2位的態度本來就不是很好,長的很清純秀氣,但是沒有任何笑容,一張完全沒有任何表情的撲克臉,還沒強制戴口罩前就看過了)。 她們就在門口和我爭辯起來,完完全全沒有任何一絲杏一服務人員良好的態度。 我並不是奧客,但是2位在門口和客人爭吵,比客人還要大聲,一付咄咄逼人,毫不相讓的口氣和態度,如果2位有看到我的留言,夜深人靜時請想想這樣對嗎?這是服務人員對客人應該有的態度和口氣嗎? 會去藥局(店)的顧客通常家中都有人不舒服或生病,尤其是購買尿布.鼻胃管.管灌食品等相關產品的機率更高,服務人員應該要更細心及耐心去對待客人,因為2位是在杏一藥局工作,這不是一般的服務業,對象大不相同,不是嗎?
