對於咖啡豆的萃取方式與溫度不馬虎。
來這裡一定要嚐嚐出自麵包師傅的肉桂卷，
經過三次發酵的用心，
完整的發酵時間超過8小時；
雖然是乾式的肉桂卷，
但是麵包體外酥內軟，
而且不甜膩，
所以每個肉桂卷的熱量約在300卡以下，
配上手沖莊園咖啡，
很不錯！
