老闆娘帶有豐厚情感的用心主持、老闆渾厚嗓音的歌聲及老闆兒子的鋼琴伴奏，給了我們非常特別的音樂饗宴：）雖然多用母語在演唱(不明白歌詞中的涵義)，但卻還是能感受到老闆們對原住民及客家文化的堅持和用心！！！
吃的部分，無添加味精，都是非常天然的料理食物，對於喜歡重鹹的人可能比較不能接受。
吃飯的過程中，老闆娘也會逐一介紹菜色。
推薦花枝丸和馬鈴薯泥??

The part eaten without MSG is a very natural cooking food, which may be unacceptable for people who like heavy salt.
