★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大西萬善祠 文章來源：苗栗縣政府 清朝咸豐年間墾殖外大坪時，墾民發現許多無人供祀之墳墓及骸骨，後經善心人士挖掘集中於現址廟後建「眾義塚」，於每年七月(農曆)六日，由地方人備牲醴祭祀。在塚的左側立有「萬善祀典」一碑
