炸溪蝦的功力真的很厲害，酥軟不硬又鮮美，拌炒著乾大蒜與蔥花，好吃到想外帶一份回飯店續攤。
大鍋的魚湯，有魚頭，滿滿的膠質與鮮奶色的湯，好喝不膩口，勘比鮭魚頭而無不及。
玉米雞配上客家的桔醬，雞肉甜美而不柴。
此套餐真是高cp值，每份都大份又高水準的品質，來明德水庫必到的美食。
The two-person set meal is 600 yuan, which is very good value.

The corn chicken is served with Hakka orange sauce, the chicken is sweet and not chaotic.
This package is really high cp value, each serving is large and high-quality, a must-see delicacy in Mingde Reservoir.
